Privacy Policy
Al Kamil Travel ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.
What we collect
When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details needed to arrange your travel: names as per passport, contact details, travel dates, passport information where required for visas and tickets, and payment records.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and arrange bookings with airlines, hotels and visa authorities.
- To contact you about your enquiry or trip, including by phone, email and WhatsApp.
- To meet legal obligations such as record keeping.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the suppliers needed to deliver your booking (airlines, hotels, visa processors) and only what they require.
Storage and security
Enquiry and booking records are stored on secured systems with access limited to our team. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@alkamiltravel.com.
Cookies and analytics
Our website sets one cookie of its own, called akt_admin. It is a session cookie that keeps our enquiry form secure (it holds a random security code) and shows you the confirmation message after you send an enquiry. It is strictly necessary for those features, holds no marketing or tracking information, and is deleted when you close your browser.
We do not use analytics, advertising or any other tracking cookies, and our pages load no third-party trackers.
Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp only when you choose to use them; nothing from WhatsApp is loaded on our pages.
